Coordinators

We are most interested in providing a foundation for our youth in preparing them for a full Christian life. It is important to encourage them to adopt the Biblical value systems of God the Father and Jesus His Son. We find in the pages of the Bible the Laws of God and the practices of Jesus Christ that teach the purpose for life, how to live life abundantly, how to relate to others, how to develop a relationship with our God, and how to prepare for the future.

In that light the United Church of God provides educational programs for our youth to prepare them for the challenges of daily living. We offer the following activities:

• Weekly Sabbath school for our pre-teens
• Regular Teen Bible Studies
• Teen Sports Activities
• Teen Social Activities
• Pre-teen and Teen Summer camps with emphasis on Christian Living
• Opportunities to serve in local congregations
• Participation in outreach and fund raising activities

Through these activities we educate our children in the ways of God and provide them a firm foundation for future leadership roles in the church as well as their future occupations.

The United Church of God publishes a magazine (hard copy and online) that deals with the issues and challenges facing teens in today's troubled world. It is written by teens, for teens.
